AFU Squad sells digital products, specifically FiveM scripts and related resources. All products are delivered digitally and are non-tangible goods.

3. Purchasing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made via bank transfer. A payment slip must be uploaded as proof of purchase.
• Orders will be reviewed and approved manually by our team.
• Points may be used to partially or fully offset the purchase price, subject to availability.

4. License & Usage

• Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script for personal or server use.
• You may not redistribute, resell, leak, or share the product with any third party.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the product for redistribution purposes.
• Violation of these terms may result in license revocation without refund.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, contact our support team for assistance.

6. Account & Conduct

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior may result in account suspension or ban.

การเข้าถึงหรือซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดิจิทัลจาก AFU Squad ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงการใช้บริการนี้ หากคุณไม่ยอมรับกรุณาอย่าใช้บริการของเรา

2. ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ

AFU Squad จำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ดิจิทัล โดยเฉพาะสคริปต์ FiveM และทรัพยากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดจะถูกส่งมอบในรูปแบบดิจิทัล

3. การซื้อและการชำระเงิน

• ราคาทั้งหมดแสดงเป็นบาท (฿) เว้นแต่ระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
• การชำระเงินต้องทำผ่านการโอนเงินธนาคาร โดยต้องอัปโหลดสลิปการชำระเงินเป็นหลักฐาน
• คำสั่งซื้อจะถูกตรวจสอบและอนุมัติโดยทีมงานของเรา
• สามารถใช้แต้มเพื่อหักลดราคาสินค้าได้บางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนแต้มที่มี

4. สิทธิ์การใช้งาน

• เมื่อซื้อแล้ว คุณจะได้รับสิทธิ์การใช้งานแบบไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ได้ สำหรับใช้ส่วนตัวหรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของคุณ
• ห้าม แจกจ่าย ขายต่อ หลุด หรือแชร์ผลิตภัณฑ์กับบุคคลที่สาม
• ห้าม ถอดรหัส วิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ หรือดัดแปลงผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการแจกจ่าย
• การละเมิดข้อตกลงเหล่านี้อาจส่งผลให้สิทธิ์การใช้งานถูกเพิกถอนโดยไม่มีการคืนเงิน

5. นโยบายการคืนเงิน

เนื่องจากผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราเป็นดิจิทัล การขายทั้งหมดเป็นที่สิ้นสุดและไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ กรุณาตรวจสอบรายละเอียดสินค้าอย่างละเอียดก่อนซื้อ หากพบปัญหาทางเทคนิค กรุณาติดต่อทีมสนับสนุนของเรา

6. บัญชีผู้ใช้และความประพฤติ

7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ

AFU Squad ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย การสูญเสีย หรือปัญหาใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา ผลิตภัณฑ์จัดหาให้ "ตามสภาพ" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใดๆ

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง

AFU Squad ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อตกลงเหล่านี้ได้ตลอดเวลา การใช้บริการของเราต่อไปถือว่ายอมรับข้อตกลงที่อัปเดตแล้ว
